I have constantly contacted them for an explanation and have had no response. I have no faith in them at all and am glad to see that at last someone is making a stand!!! This blueprint penalises those who want to work hard, as do most forms of "progressive" taxation. Perhaps more worryingly, a degree tax gives HMRC another window through which to pry into one's personal affairs. I might move to Iran.
